Cuando percibes la comida como un oponente al que debes vencer o una tentaci\u00f3n que debes resistir, tu cuerpo entra en un estado de estr\u00e9s biol\u00f3gico que sabotea cualquier intento de bienestar. Sanar esta relaci\u00f3n significa pasar del control y la restricci\u00f3n a la consciencia y el autocuidado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aqu\u00ed te explico c\u00f3mo el coaching te ayuda a transformar esta batalla en una alianza:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Desactivar la mentalidad de \u00abdieta\u00bb.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ver la comida como un enemigo suele ser el resultado de a\u00f1os de dietas restrictivas que dividen el mundo en alimentos \u00abpermitidos\u00bb y \u00abprohibidos\u00bb. Esta rigidez genera ansiedad y una sensaci\u00f3n constante de fracaso. En estos casos, la comida parece un \u00abenemigo\u00bb porque sentimos que nos domina. A trav\u00e9s de la <strong>Inteligencia Emocional<\/strong>, aprendes a identificar qu\u00e9 vac\u00edo est\u00e1s intentando llenar y a buscar estrategias de gesti\u00f3n emocional que no involucren el plato.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.
